Manage and monitor overdue accounts for unsecured loans. ● Conduct field visits for follow-ups and recovery from delinquent customers. ● Engage with customers to negotiate and resolve repayment issues. ● Maintain accurate records of all communications and collection efforts. ● Coordinate with internal teams and legal departments when necessary. ● Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies during recovery processes
