Create and manage relationships with various Corporates & NBFCs. 2 Regularly meeting Corporates & NBFCs to take market updates and originating debt advisory / financing transactions. 3 Liaison with them for obtaining required financial data/information for preparation and submission of proposal with Banks/ Fis 4 Studying their information to structure a debt financing transaction 5 Effectively co-ordinate with third party agencies like Rating Agencies
