 Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings

and blueprints.  Develop 3D models and renderings to visualize design concepts.  Support architects’ team in creating design solutions that meet client requirements and adhere to building codes and regulations.  Collaborate with project teams

including engineers

contractors

and interior designers

to ensure seamless integration of architectural elements.  Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions and problem-solving sessions.  Coordinate with consultants and suppliers to gather necessary information and materials for projects.  Conduct site analysis and research to understand project constraints and opportunities.  Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information and ensure compliance with design plans and specifications.  Support the resolution of design and construction issues as they arise.  Stay updated on industry trends

building codes

and best practices in architecture and real estate development.  Conduct research on new materials

technologies

and design methodologies to enhance project outcomes.  Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and standards within the company.  Experience in High Rise projects under norms of UDCPR  Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.  3-5 years of experience in architectural design

preferably in the real estate development industry.  Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD
